Start with Whatnot Surprise Sets

Stream2Ship is an independent beta packing assistant, not affiliated with or endorsed by Whatnot. There are no payments. For this pilot, use the Whatnot Surprise Sets workflow only; the Windows return-address cleaner is not available.

Using your show

1. From Whatnot, download the combined shipping documents PDF for one complete show. Open Surprise Sets and select the PDF. Its contents are read by the PDF reader in your browser, not uploaded to the Stream2Ship account server.
2. Enter the exact number of shipments shown in Whatnot. Do not pack if shipment counts, item totals or review warnings disagree. Check unusual prizes and giveaways before proceeding.
3. Pack using the A–Z list. Each parcel gets its own row, even if a buyer has multiple parcels. Match the tracking reference shown for that row to the original Whatnot label before attaching it.
4. Mark Packed only after preparing that parcel. Progress is stored locally in this browser profile. It does not sync to other browsers, computers or sellers. Save the packing CSV privately as a backup; a CSV backup is not currently an importable restore file.
5. Optional: Preview and print the original, unmodified Whatnot labels from the combined PDF. Their return addresses remain visible. Inspect the print preview for clipping; use actual-size printing where suitable, and check carrier details and a printed barcode before dispatch. Do not shrink to 97% to make the page fit.

Privacy and account information

Your chosen Whatnot PDF, its customer names, addresses, orders and label images are processed locally by the Surprise Sets browser tool. Browser-local progress and classification choices may persist on your device until you clear site data. Protect that device and delete any exported label or packing files you no longer need.

Stream2Ship does store your beta account email, display name, securely hashed password, login/session information, invitations and any feedback you submit on its hosted server, for access control and running the pilot. Beta feedback can be seen by the beta owner. Please do not include real customer details or shipping labels in feedback. The operator has not yet published a complete retention schedule or formal privacy notice; this summary is not a substitute.

Stop and tell us

If the PDF is incomplete, labels cannot be matched to the intended parcels, print details are cropped, or any number is wrong, stop using the affected show and send feedback without customer information. Keep the original Whatnot files private. Password reset by email is not yet available; contact your beta operator privately for account access issues.

Limitations: Five testers, free access, no marketplace API connection, no label redaction or privacy masking, no warranty of carrier acceptance, and no remote syncing of Packed ticks. Do not use this beta to replace your own final parcel/label checks.
