This is a plain-language beta data-handling summary, not a complete legal privacy notice. The legally responsible operator, lawful bases, retention policy and international-transfer details still need to be formally confirmed before inviting external sellers.
For questions about the beta, account access, security concerns or how your personal data is handled, write to support@stream2ship.com. Do not include customer shipping PDFs, names, addresses, barcodes or tracking numbers in emails.
If you have already joined, you can also use the private feedback form. It is visible to the beta owner and is not a place for real buyer data.
We use the server account information to let invited testers sign in and to manage the beta; feedback helps investigate problems. A secure, essential sign-in session cookie is configured with a maximum lifetime of seven days. The beta does not ask for payment information or connect directly to a Whatnot account.
An automatic retention/deletion schedule for account and feedback records has not yet been finalised; those records can remain in the hosted database and its protected backups. To ask about access, correction, deletion or privacy rights, email support@stream2ship.com.
For UK data protection complaints, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). We will publish a formal privacy notice identifying the legal operator and confirmed processing, hosting and retention details before opening the trial to outside sellers.
Always compare shipment totals and tracking against Whatnot and check original labels before dispatch. Printed return addresses are not hidden by the hosted beta. Read the beta guide.
